Our story

Three decades of
good taste in Hazel Grove

Nova opened The Dress Agency on London Road back in 1994, when her son was just four. He’s in his thirties now — and the shop has become a Hazel Grove institution, weathering recessions and a pandemic through sheer stubbornness and a very good eye.

What started as a clever way to give quality clothes a second life has become exactly the way we all want to shop now: sustainable, sociable and full of surprises. Come in once and you’ll understand why our customers have stayed for years.
